Who are we?

A company born at the heart of the nuclear industry

Founded in 2013, ADVANCE Engineering stems from the history and expertise of CERAP Prévention, a leading player in radiological protection since 1988. The idea of creating a dedicated structure emerged in response to the growing need for technical support within the nuclear sector—particularly following the Fukushima disaster and the launch of France’s Grand Carénage programme.

Thus, ADVANCE Engineering was born, initially under the name CERAP Advance, with a clear ambition: to become a trusted partner in the fields of activity coordination, site supervision, project management, and methodological preparation within nuclear facilities.

Today, more than 160 employees carry our projects forward every day, with passion and professionalism.

Since 2022, ADVANCE Engineering has entered a new phase of growth by joining the ALTRAD ENDEL family (part of the ALTRAD Group) — a strategic milestone that strengthens our foundation and opens new opportunities for development.

Our values, our driving force

At ADVANCE Engineering, our greatest asset is our people. Our company culture is built on strong values that shape the way we work and unite us around a shared goal: growing together while continuing to improve every day.

A culture of human and participative management

We believe that performance is born from listening, respect, and recognition. Every one of our employees is an active participant in their own journey. We foster autonomy, close managerial support, and open dialogue. It is this human connection that enables our company to evolve with both agility and coherence.

Developing skills as a driver of progress

Each year, we invest nearly 10% of our payroll in training. This strong commitment reflects our ambition to nurture the talents of tomorrow. Every employee benefits from personalised support, a structured skills development pathway, and recognition aligned with their contribution.

A commitment to quality and a culture of continuous improvement

Our long-standing presence in the nuclear industry has taught us rigour, foresight, and reliability. We build on every piece of feedback to refine our methods and offer our clients ever more efficient services — always in line with the most stringent standards of the sector.
